We work to better understand parasites and parasitism, and to use them to enhance general ecological, evolutionary, and behavioral science.

Current work involves food webs, the metabolic theory of ecology, phylogeography, biogeography, behavioral ecology, basic life-history theory, and the distribution of parasites and their impacts on host individuals, populations, communities, and ecosystems
